The Open Dates RCI Connector is designed to connect the Open Dates Management System with a user's logged-in RCI account so that the user can retrieve current RCI Last Call resort availability and pricing when the user requests an update.

Information the Connector Accesses

When you use the Open Dates RCI Connector, the extension may access information displayed within your logged-in RCI Last Call session that is necessary to provide the requested functionality.

This may include:

• Resort names and RCI resort identification numbers
• Unit sizes and types
• Available stay dates
• Availability information
• Last Call pricing and related reservation information

The Connector accesses this information only as necessary to perform user-requested availability and pricing checks within the Open Dates Management System.

Information We Do Not Collect

The Open Dates RCI Connector is not designed to collect:

• Your RCI username or password
• Payment or credit card information
• Personal communications
• Health information
• General web browsing history
• Keystrokes or unrelated browsing activity

The Connector does not require or collect your RCI login credentials. You log in to RCI directly through RCI's website.

Information accessed by the Connector is used only as necessary to provide and support the user-requested functionality of the Open Dates Management System.

Data Storage

The Connector may use browser storage to maintain information necessary for its operation, such as connection state and information needed to communicate between the Open Dates Management System and the user's RCI session.

Information may also be stored by the Open Dates Management System when necessary to provide features requested by the user, such as maintaining selected RCI listings, desired pricing settings, update timestamps, and previously confirmed availability and pricing information.

User Control

The Open Dates RCI Connector performs its primary availability and pricing functions in response to actions initiated by the user.

Users may stop the Connector from accessing RCI by disabling or uninstalling the Chrome extension.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The Open Dates RCI Connector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, if applicable, will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Open Dates RCI Connector and the Open Dates Management System. The Connector is designed to access only the information necessary to perform its stated functionality.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the functionality of the Open Dates RCI Connector or Open Dates Management System changes.
